Goal.com is reporting that the LA Galaxy and AC Milan have reached an agreement that will keep Beckham speaking Italiano for the foreseeable future. The only piece remaining is for AC Milan to reach a deal with Beckham, but given his desire to play for the Milanese side that should be only a minor hurdle.
Will I think this whole situation may have hurt the league's credibility, erasing some of the credibility gained by his initial arrival here, I think a relatively quick resolution is the best outcome. The worst thing that could have happened is if this issue was still being addressed a month from now on the eve of First Kick.
