We were fortunate to get a few snaps in at the new stadium today. The scoreboard is all complete except for the panel on the left hand-side which still has scaffolding around it. But as you can see it looks pretty sweet. A few other tidbits:
- We heard them testing the audio system, and guess what - you could actually hear it! This is going to have a big impact on the atmosphere at home games.
- My understanding is that yesterday they had a goal installed and the team was in the stadium for team photos.
- Look for the first practice to take place there sometime next week.
