Stadium Tour

I had the pleasure of taking a tour of the stadium on Tuesday.

Here is the scoop as I understand:

As stated on the AYL interview, there will be more price points for tickets at RES (translated: a price increase for most of us). These have not yet been fully determined. They will have 3 premium seating options on the west side:

  • Luxury Suites: there are 32 of these and they are all sold out. I don't remember the price point on these, other than they are way out of my price range.
  • Center Circle: these are the seats directly surrounding the player tunnel on the west side. I believe that there are 98 of these seats.
  • Club level seating: from what I remember, there are 3 price points for these seats and they will fan out on either side of Center Circle. I believe the cheapest option is around $1,250.

All of the premium seating options will have access to the patio area (see Suite Food!). They will have access to this area before, during and after the game. At least some, if not all of these seats, will have access to the 900 parking spots on the West side, and will have access to field level seats for concerts. The rest of the stadium's season ticket holders will have right of first refusal for their seats and possibly the ability to purchase extra tickets before the public. This is assuming that the event is an SCP promoted event.

Also, one other tidbit of info. They will be laying sod, and they will actually have to re-lay this about 3-4 times per year at a minimum.
