The last batch of photos. I chose to make them a bit larger this time, and used a little bit of post-processing, which I tend not to do. This group of photos includes match photos and a couple of celebration photos. All of these photos were taken from the stands, and I was concentrating on enjoying the match, so I didn’t take many pictures. Unfortunately, we were on the wrong side for the celebration, but a few of the players did head over to our side after spending some time with the Cup first.
A few photos to point out:
- The first pic is of the tackle by Beckham on Morales that resulted in a torn meniscus for Javi.
- I didn’t catch either of the goals unfortunately.
- You can see Donovan’s penalty attempt as it sails over the bar.
- I did catch Russell’s penalty as the keeper dove in the opposite direction (although it’s hard to see).
