Real Salt Lake: Win would vault Real into first place -> Deseret News/James Edward

RSL: Worst to first? -> Salt Lake Tribune/Michael C. Lewis

Since sitting one loss away from last place in all of Major League Soccer, RSL has executed what could turn out to be a season-saving turnaround by building a franchise-record five-game unbeaten streak. And if they can extend the streak by winning at slumping Kansas City tonight, RSL will vault over the glamorous Los Angeles Galaxy - for one day, at least - and into first place in the MLS Western Conference for the first time in their history.
