RSL spent virtually all of Thursday's training session working on both attacking and defending a 3-5-2 formation. Midfielder Dema Kovalenko believes the extra work was extremely beneficial, particularly with sorting out responsibilities.

Morales has been setting his teammates up as well, with Kenny Deuchar being his primary target for any crosses. He should be able to take advantage of a Dallas defense that will be without regular centerback Adrian Serioux, who says “goodbye to MLS, baby” for a week during his suspension for his vicious red-card tackle on LA Galaxy’s David Beckham last week.

There are many reasons why, but the biggest is probably RSL's inability to slow down their opponents on wide fields. The field at Pizza Hut Park is no different, so RSL will need to figure it out if they hope to get a result this weekend.
